Thanks for the link, but a few things -
1) It's myf, not Myf. Lowercase m, you see?
2) What's wrong with 2 navigation bars? Eh? But if it makes you feel better, I'll get rid of one. :razz:
3) Stop abusing apostrophes!!! The occasional mistake is perfectly acceptable, but really....
4) Oh, and for schizophrenia info, you might want to take a look at Head First - it has links to all sorts of mental health info (I should know, I set the site up!)
