From here, you should be able to find details of the DVDs littering my shelves, thanks to a programme & website called DVD Profiler. It's all rather quick and clever - you type (or scan) in the barcode number, and it finds all the information about the DVD, and then you can upload your collection to the website. It shoudl also work by reading the disc in the drive, but my DVD drive seems a bit unwell at the moment.
Go here to see the delights of my DVD collection!
Blackadder (especially the second and third series);
Red Dwarf;
The X-Files;
Buffy The Vampire Slayer;
Dead Like Me;
The ITV 1980s-90s Sherlock Holmes series with Jeremy Brett;
Prisoner: Cell Block H.
I also tend to watch: various American series with dead things in, such as the different CSI series, Law & Order, and that sort of stuff; Casualty, Holby City, & Neighbours.
I still have a soft spot for various kids TV programmes that I watched when I was little, including: Trap Door, Willo The Wisp, The Flumps, Mr Men, Danger Mouse, Fraggle Rock, Bagpuss, and Bod. If you missed these programmes, or want to reminisce about them, there are loads of websites about them.
