There are a few web comics I enjoy reading:
Bunny - sometimes funny, sometimes less so. Kinda whacky anyway.
xkcd - another one that can be very amusing, and sometimes can be too clever for it's own good.
Indietits - Only seems to be updated occasionally, but still some amusing strips.
Questionable Content - Start at the beginning, read through, and see if you get hooked. I did!
Strange Fiction - This one has really nice drawings, but some VERY odd characters.
It's not just modern comics that can be kooky, or filled with innuendo. There are some crackers on this site!
